Check in
To ensure that your visit to SkinSense Beauty Therapy & Day Spa Retreat is a relaxed and memorable experience.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you.
To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you please turn off your mobile phone upon arrival.
Treatment times
To accommodate all clients, treatments must start and finish at allocated times.
In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request your consideration by giving us 24 hours notice. “No shows” or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a request for payment, this action is due to the demand on therapists time.
A 50% deposit is required for any package bookings. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice may result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Gift Vouchers – Give the gift of beauty
Gift vouchers are available for any specific treatment or any dollar value. We can arrange for delivery of the gift vouchers via postage or courier (courier charge applies). Credit card orders are welcome. All vouchers have a 3 month expiry. NB. Vouchers are non refundable.
Products and gift vouchers are non refundable. Products can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Payment is accepted by either cash, eftpos or credit card.
